Guarantee
Here at Youstencil.com, we are proud of the high quality of our stencils, and guarantee all of our products are free from manufacturing defects. Our stencils are laser cut from quality polyester film and are strong, flexible, have good transparency and are are easy to clean.
Stencil Info
Our stencils precision, laser cut and high quality. They are made out of a solvent proof mylar material. We use a stencil film thickness: of either 5 or 10 mil. Our stencils can be used with either water-based or oil-based paints. You may also use them with a variety of stains or even plaster. With proper care and gentle cleaning they may be used hundreds of times. There are guide marks on most stencils to help align the design during repeats.
Stencil Sizes
The dimensions shown below each design indicate actual stencil size. Multi Overlay Stencils: Our stencils vary between simple single layer designs as many as four or more overlays for complex designs and wall mural designs. Whenever there is more than one overlay for a design, registration marks are included on the stencil.
Caring for your stencil
To clean your stencil after using water based paints, cover the stencil with warm water and let it soak for 10 or 15 minutes in a flat bottomed container or basin. You may rub the stencil gently with a stencil brush or your fingers to remove the paint from the surface.
To remove oil based paints or oil crayons from your stencil, dab it gently with a tissue soaked in turpentine. Try not to rub across the surface of the stencil. When not in use store your (cleaned) stencils in a flat position between sheets of paper.

Estimated Product Arrival
Your stencils should normally arrive within seven to ten days of dispatch. Shipping days do not include weekends or Holidays. Please note that the shipping times don't include any possible delays due to Custom Inspections.
Return Policy
Please inspect your stencils immediately upon receipt. If your stencil is damaged please contact us so we can send you a replacement as soon as possible. If instead, you would prefer to receive a refund on your damaged stencil, please return the damaged item within 15 days and we will happily give you a full refund.
To return a product, please follow the instructions below
Email us at admin@youstencil.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Ship the stencils back to us in the original packaging if possible. Items must be returned within 30 days from the day of your receipt.

Payments
We accept payments through Paypal.com. If you don't have a Paypal account you may still pay with Visa and Master Card. Via the Paypal secure site.
Privacy Policy
Nothing is more important to YouStencil than protecting the private information of visitors to our site. Information collected by this site site is strictly for our use and is not shared with any other entity, public or private, for any reason .
We will not sell or give away any lists or other data that we may retain and we do not purchase such information from other sources. With the exception of credit card info, we store the information from your order form to allow us to track previous orders or to help provide customer service.
We offer our customers occasional email updates on new stencils designs and stenciling tutorials. You can however easily opt out of receiving these emails.
